There really isn&#8217;t enough information there for me to start testing Dean banners on the site yet.<\/p>\n<p>But the first sniff certaily does sound like a big departure from &#8220;we&#8217;re done when we&#8217;re done,&#8221; which <a href=\"http:\/\/windsofchange.net\/archives\/004275.html\" target=\"browser\">I&#8217;ve argued is the right approach<\/a>. If so, it&#8217;s a diplomatic disaster unparallelled during my lifetime. If we didn&#8217;t have the bottom to do this, we should have stayed home.<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;ll know more next week.
