Right about now, Biggest Guy is signing the paperwork to join the Air Force ROTC. As I understand it (looks like I probably won’t see the docs until they’re signed), he’s one step away from the six-year commitment – apparently ten if you’re pilot-trained.<\/p>\n

But he’s all happy about the fact that out of the 2002 class, 22 UVA grads applied for pilot training slots and 21 got them.<\/p>\n

And if he’s happy, I guess I ought to be too.<\/p>\n
