Speaking of Dowdification, it sure looks like Robert Tagorda catches Andrew Sullivan in a couple of them.
Andrew, as a part of his rationale why hawks like us can support Kerry (as he does), suggests that neocons overall are supportive of the idea of a Democratic Reformation through Kerry’s election.
The problem is that’s not what the full quotes say.

But people like us have to suck it up and look at the problem, no matter how much it makes us want to claw our eyes out.

Funny how things turn out when you get the truth and nothing but the truth. I seem to remember a TV game show called “To Tell the Truth”. Sort of ironic that most players figured out who the fabricators were in less than 30 minutes. True there were some that literally stumped the panel but those were few and far between.

And, notwithstanding his recent intervention the poll wars, does USS Clueless belong there either? I guess so if it’s lifetime achievement, by currently active should count for something.
If they’re considering a replacement, I’d suggest Citizen Smash a/k/a Indepundit. I’ve enjoyed his postings about the War and other issues and he does run a terrific comments section.
