If I ever have a Samoyed whose eyes cross, I now have a great registered name for him.
Years ago, when Gary Owens was on KMPC in Los Angeles he had a running series of songs with slightly botched lyrics. Among them was “Pardon Me Roy, Is That the Cat That Chewed Your New Shoes”, “Boyfoot Bear With Teak of Chan”, and apropos to this thread “Gladly, The Cross-Eyed Bear”.
