Muslim-Dutch Cooperation

Meet Kenan Sofuoglu – the 2007 World Supersport motorcycle racing champion.

kenan.JPGHe rides for the Dutch Ten Kate Honda team (they do not have ten Catherines, they were founded by Netherlanders Gerrit and Ron Ten Kate), and this year dominated the 600cc class at the highest level.

Riders spend a lot of time selecting the symbolism on their helmets (well, great riders do – I have a plain white helmet…). Here’s Kenan’s:

Probably the fastest crescent and star on the ground anywhere in the world…

  1. Those are stretch Kevlar panels in the leather armor – you need them so your legs can move around, and there’s no likely impact there so you don’t need the leather and padding you have elsewhere in the suit…

  2. This is ridiculous.
If he had a “Star of David” on his helmet, he’d be dead!
If he had a Christian Cross on his helmet the streets would be full of Islamicist’s demanding retribution for this insult.
Sent you Amazon links yesterday which pretty much describe my depraved, to the multi-culti’s, viewpoint.

As far as I know no rider has shown those symbols, so we can only speculate about the reactions. I’m pretty sure that Malaysian and possibly UAE’s authorities might rise some issues, but other than that, it’s more fantasy than analysis.
