Since I didn’t pick up the original story, I felt like I should put a plug in now that it’s dead. Unfortunately, this bill is not different from many that are introduced in Sacto (or DC). Really, read “The Third House” by Jay Michael and Dan Walters with Dan Weintraub. It’s sadly enlightening.
